Dear Sunrise,

I’m honored to be here again next to you.

Your consistency in showing up calms my nervous system. I can trust you to meet me where I am in each moment, without judgement or expectations. Arriving just who I am meets your desire, I offer the same to you.

I feel your warmth displace the cool night air as your light brightens the chaos of the waves at shore’s edge.

There is no pull to re-organize the past or yearn to arrange a future, right here- it’s perfect.

I appreciate our relationship.

Each of us showing up fully when we are together, even among foggy days distorting our full illumination, we offer compassion and a knowing when the environment supports who we are, it’s a clear view.
